successfully getting an address updated for FIOS?

EricTheDuke3 join:2009-11-17	successfully getting an address updated for FIOS? Has anyone here successfully had an address updated in Verizon's FIOS database? I've been trying to get an address updated on the Verizon direct forum for almost 45 days now and it's going nowhere. Are there some other ways I could attempt to get an address updated? Maybe a special department I could call? Hopefully someone here has done this before and can offer some help.
