Sometimes shit happens.
As backed up here is it goes offline now and then unplanned....
And as my DSL is.. today for the first time in at least 5 years crapped out for a few hours, but 3 less than estimated by ISP.

I have found sometimes one site or another doesn't seem to validate whether it is up or not so have used both. Sometimes if a connection it may be up for one and not the other.
