[Speed] Suddenlink hardware not enough to support a small town.

I'm hoping perhaps someone important at suddenlink will see this. We've been suffering the connection slowing down every single day tremendously (and only a scant few hours a day actually getting 3mps,) it wasn't real fast to start with at 3mps, but going down to an unstable 256k isn't real handy.
Evidently after tech visits there's nothing wrong with my connection in particular but simply that they "suddenlink" needs to upgrade to support the town better.
He told me that an order had been placed but this has now been months ago with no improvements.

The town in question is Hugo, Oklahoma. I know we're not real important but it'd be great if we could get this problem fixed.

On another note they never informed me when they got 3mps either I had to call and ask to be upgraded from 1mpbs (max they had at the time I got it,) without knowing for sure if they had more, would be nice to get emailed about things like that.
