| I can if you need it, but I don't think me getting my issues resolved will help your case. Don't get me wrong, Windstream has done some shitty and shady stuff, but in the end( at least for me) they resolved my issue. The only thing I can vouch for right now is that it takes them for-freaking-ever to get things done, and that they have poor customer service( I'll file giving false fix dates under this).I gotta give credit where it is due, and as you can tell from these charts, my connection is rock solid now.......

| I would greatly appreciate it. I"m glad they got you squared away for now but each case filed in my thread for SC (even though yours is resolved for the time being) will help all of us who are still being ignored.
