 | Major speed drop in evening Have 20 meg service, and every evening the speed drops between the hours of 7:30 to 9:00 PM to as low as 2.62 megs from 20. During all other times speeds are fine and wave just says "Duh, the network looks fine" and do nothing. All this after their latest TV ads touting how they deliver all the time on their advertised speeds....makes me want to hurl!
Wave wasn't the best at customer service before they sold out but they have really nose dived since. |

I don't know if there's QoS applied so those paying more have a higher priority (I doubt it), but I certainly believe the areas are generally over-subscribed.
Make sure you're calling AT the time of the slow downs and not before/after. Be a polite thorn in their side. -- flickr | 'Cause I've been waiting, all my life just waiting For you to shine, shine your light on me |

 | I've been dealing with the exact same issue for the past 4 or 5 months. Speeds slow to 2 or 3 megs after 4pm to about 10.
Makes Wave look like a bunch of liars when they advertise that they have no slowdowns like DSL in their commercial they've been cramming down our throat lately. |

 | reply to Badluckguy Well, a month ago I pushed very hard and they finally switched me onto another server and problem solved, where I was at was simply over loaded but it took SIX MONTHS to get them to move which is unacceptable. |
