If so, what are the rules for the transition dates?

UK_Dave join:2011-01-27 Powassan, ON	UK_Dave Member 2013-Apr-12 6:35 am Sigh. Just wish I could get one of these new deals. I'm stuck on 6/0.8 by all accounts. Although, after the 6 months my internet was useless (thanks, Bhell) - I get to enjoy 6/0.8 like it WAS an upgrade! And what a great move with the price reductions - the wife said it was the first reduction in monthly price she'd ever seen from a monthly-billed utility provider. Well done, TS.
