North Royalton, OH | Internet Down in Cleveland Area Yesterday, broadband service was down for a period of time yesterday (3/9). Did anyone get an explaination from WOW, who lives in the area (n. royalton). I called support what the issue first arose, and there was a bulliten on their help desk line about an outage. |

| I an in Westlake. We noticed intermittent problems late evening last night, and it was out for a time in the middle of the night (cable AND internet). I reset the UltraTV gateway and everything came back up (this was around 4am).
Other than that, we've been ok here.

I'm not far from royalties and mine never went out but was performing pretty bad for a few hours last night. All seems fine today. |
