Resize via Lightroom

If this is in the wrong forum, please move.

So my question is that I'm trying to resize a photo that is in RAW format and size it down to 950x370 and the result is a flat image.

How do I properly resize a photo so that it looks semi exactly like the original except 950x370

Thanks and Happy DST to ya!

Why not convert it to a jpg and resize the jpg? I think resizing the RAW file kind of defeats the purpose of shooting raw.

You need to crop the image to the correct proportions and then when you export the image you can specify the size of the longest length.
