 | Help me find another answer! I am wondering how many people can not stand Blue Ridge cable. I am so tired of paying a crazy amount of money to have poor cable. Our cable freezes, the DVR stops working,we loose signal the volume is constantly up and down to the point we have had to turn the TV up to 50 just to hear a show, sometimes the close caption works and sometimes it doesn't, I think it is ridicoulus that you can only record two shows at a time and that is only if they are not on at the same time. I think that they take the monopoly that they have always had in this area right to the bank. I am sick of the woman patronizing me when I call to try and get things fixed and the only way the fix anything is replace the DVR box so any shows or movies you had taped are gone. I am tired of paying for a service that does not work. Our internet is just as bad. I want to know if anyone has any success with the new dish that is supposed to work with heavy tree coverage around the house. |
