Windstream phone tech and just a general complaint about it!

I have had crappy net all day and I have had no internet for almost an hour. So I call in to them to find out whats up. After getting through their very aggravating phone tree to get to a real live human being. They hang up on me!!! The chick says "HI" and hangs up. Call back and get a guy he introduces himself and then hangs up. I didn't even get to respond to him. Called back for the 3rd time and I can't find a human. Their phone tree is going stupid! It is not a good night to call them and its probably a good thing that I didn't get someone on that 3rd call. I would have said somethings that my mom wouldn't want to hear come out of my mouth!

That shouldn't have happened. It's possible that we were having trouble with the phones that night. Either way it's no excuse. I will bring this message up to management to see if we can have the IVR (phone tree) simplified or addressed somehow.

Something is going on with their phone system. I was trying to pay my bill today using the Auto Pay system, and it kept hanging up on me.

I finally called in after lunch and a spoke to a lady. She said that she had heard of issues with the phone system and took my payment over the phone without the additional charge.

They charged me...wonder if I can get that reversed??
If I can actually get through to them tomorrow then I will find out.

What specifically was the charge for? Please advise. I can get your phone number from Larissa and have the charged removed if it is related to the IVR.
