| [TWC] Can't get SXM iOS app to authenticate over TWC I am having a real strange problem. I can get my iPhone to connect and play without any issue using the cellular network (AT&T), but when I'm home on wifi connected to TWC (30Mbps service), it won't authenticate (can't verify credentials). However, if I start the streaming on cellular and then enable wifi, it will keep streaming without issue. How can I debug this? SXM can only help me install the app (duh); they won't give me an IP address to try to ping or anything.
BTW, it works great from my laptop on the same wifi connected to TWC. |
