[VOD] VOD "Not subscribed" message
Hello, I was trying to watch a VOD movie on EPIX. After navigating to the movie I got a message that I was not subscribed to this channel. I have ultimate in NY and I do get EPIX and the regular channels were working fine. I tried resetting the box with the in home agent (twice), but that didn't work. My other premium VOD channels are working. Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve hours on the phone with Customer service?
