| Was Knology now WOW. Should I be concerned? We have been using knology for about 10 years. Rock solid here in Alabama. Now, I find out that they have been bought by WOW. Based on the reviews, I'm concerned. We had no throttling, good speeds and ROCK SOLID uptime. Can I get some information on how WOW is in terms of support (am I calling Mumbai?), uptime, oversubscription, speed, etc.. I am more interested in the internet aspect - not so much tv. |

WOW does "some" outsourcing but it's here in the states I believe and it's "overflow" to ensure call times are handled within their metrics during possible busy periods. |

So far, we've been underwhelmed. Frequent outages creating dropped phone calls, frozen Internet, audio distortion on cable service. Helpless technicians patrolling the area looking for poachers siphoning signal strength. Just a bad situation, and the cost went up $15 per month. |
