[MN] DD 5.1 audio on HD channels? AGAIN?

There are many channels that should be in DD 5.1 surround sound that are no longer being received that way.
They are only in 2.0 (Stereo).
How can I get someone to check the pass-through modes at the head-end? Do I need to list every channel that is set wrong?
A few examples off the top of my head are:

851 MGMHD
881 HBO2HD
884 ENCRHD
886 STZEHD
887 STZCHD
888 STZKHD
889 STZCIH
891 SHO2HD
892 TMCHD
897 MAXHD

This has happened before, a search brings up:

»Re: DD 5.1 audio on HD channels?
»mediacomcable.com/Custom ··· c=5961.0
»[Cable TV] New HD channels only 2 channel Audio

Thank you to anyone that can help!

As you linked, I was the one reporting this issue in the past and am glad I am not the only one who notices

I'm guessing that the people who will notice this are only those who have invested in a full sound system for their television, with side speakers, etc. Despite what commercials on television and Best Buy advertisements might suggest, I suspect this is fewer customers than one might truly think. Those of us with just the simple HDTV and no extras certainly wouldn't, which includes myself.
