well on 3mbps plan and would like to know from others if the frontier network upgrades are help there internet speed as much as my internet speed went up and ping has went down. this late night on peak hours runs the same speed as in speed test. around 8am to 4pm speeds go to 3.25mbps to 3.33mbps and the ping around that time is around 25ms to 40ms. »www.speedtest.net/result/2567458375.png
