I can confirm that Memphis, TN got the rollout. I heard it on the radio, started an online chat and got a doubled download speed only.
Apparently here they are bumping everyone else up and down, but if you had Blast50/Extreme50 then you only got a DL speed boost. I have shown them the "press releases" and they said they were going to work on it, but for now I'm stuck at 105/10 (95/11 really)
