| [Speed] Very Very Slow Speeds in Evenings - NW Oklahoma I have 20/1.5 line and get the rated speeds early in the mornings but in the evening line it is incredibly slow it's sad. This is a new install that was put in when I moved into the house about a month and a half ago and it has been slow since I moved in. The upload is usually pretty good but the download is terrible, usually getting around 2mb down and 800kb up.
If a Suddenlink Tech see's this, please help! My local support is non-existent.
I will upload some diags to help with any troubleshooting.
*I can't access my modem right now for some reason so will post back when I get those readings.

| I received your PM and have isolated the problem. Unfortunately it is not something I can fix remotely so I have contacted the local management team to assist.
