slow speed at night

I expierence slow speeds at night i have a 20 down package and am lucky to get 5 down I will call every day and order a tech every time i call until this is resolved

Still slow speeds at night. working on my 5th or 6th tech. I'm so tired of techs changing splitters for issues that occur at the same time of day everyday or foreign speaking persons resetting my modem after repeatedly asking them not to.

Sounds like you have an over populated node. Any idiot from the internet support line could run that test to verify how populated the card is. They need to split the node.

Don't worry, the company ran out of dvr/hd boxes now and the list grows! a lot of pissed off customers, but what's new, it's mediacom...
