| [Equipment] Check your Bill for New Lease Fee Snuck In Insight just delivered a new modem Arris TG852G22 (It's huge by the way). They took my old one even though I had purchased it and asked to keep it (supposedly they are bringing it back). What really bugs me is that they already added a charge for equipment lease to my bill but they hadn't even installed it until today. Supposedly they couldn't tell that I had purchased my prior modem. They said they would remove the lease fee, but that I would have to return the new modem if I canceled service- fair enough. |
