So, guess theres no way right now to find out what POI you're really on.

Probably misinformed support, not all their CSR's are on forums eh; eventually mangement will advise those people  I imagine there will be new info given out to the call center workers over the next while as things begin shifting over to ATPIA

I doubt that this is the case. Rogers does not serve any customers from the old Nortel HQ. The only network connectivity going in there (fiber) is for Roger's internal networks and the test lab in the basement. It's not a Primary / Secondary Hub thus there is no Head End facilities and no customers served. |

I am in Kanata, ON, a suburb of Ottawa, does that mean that on July 22nd the entire Ottawa region will get access to the new plans?
