I doubt that this is the case. Rogers does not serve any customers from the old Nortel HQ. The only network connectivity going in there (fiber) is for Roger's internal networks and the test lab in the basement. It's not a Primary / Secondary Hub thus there is no Head End facilities and no customers served. |
