If you would like to message me with your phone number or account number I will be happy to check your connection a bit closer. |

 | reply to wth Here are signal levels:
Downstream Value Signal To Noise Ratio 39.3 dB Power Level 2.6 dBmV
Upstream Value Channel ID 2 Power 39.2 dBmV
When it happens? no rule, it seems to happen more often when I am using internet, as logs show occurrences mostly during the evening. |

 | reply to postmortem DCC refers to Dynamic Channel Change, which is a feature of DOCSIS modems to change what downstream or upstream channel they're using.
Normally/ideally that process is seamless, but occasionally it can be noticeable in the form of brief disconnections or modem reboots.
I looked around online and saw a few people with the same log entries as you. There was discussion that the inclusion of T3 timeouts may indicate intermittent noise that would affect the modem as well.
At the same spot that you got your signals from, your upstream and downstream frequency should be listed. Keep an eye on those and see if they change when you start having problems. Also, which modem are you currently using? -- KI6RIT |
