| [netopia] Need Desperate Help netopia 3000 Qos for File Server! Hello,
I am currently at the Differentiated services page of my Netopia 3000 Router Configuration.
I have a file server that everyone uses constantly(14 computers)
Constant writing and moving of files is done through mapped network drives on the computers.
I want to prioritize traffic going to and from my File server.
I have read through the manual for this router but i still do not know which settings to set.
Ive already read what each setting does but i still am not 100% sure which settings i should adjust.
Please help!
Remember that i want to focus on maximizing mapped drive performance.
Ive already defragged the file server drive and done everything else i could think of from the OS standpoint. The last thing is my router.
