Appreciate the heads up. I contacted Dave and was helpful and gave some insights into the problem. Verizon ultimately gave me $30 credit for the issues (it took 3 phone calls and 4 hours of pleading with their techs), but unfortunately the problem still isn't completely fixed.

I'm guessing these issues are a result of the increased load since Verizon started heavily promoting the 50/25 plan, but that's just my theory. I'll post an update after everything is repaired, whenever that is.

I doubt the increased speed is the issue. I'd relate it to hardware or internal networking issues usually. I have not seen an increase of repairs due to Quantum speeds in California. Also if it was related to an overload in the network I think Dave would've mentioned seeing that in the area.
