Maintenance but it should have been back up by now.

Gabe just escalated by opening a ticket with their NOC folks

Definitely not up yet... looks like maintenance didn't go quite as planned.

Thanks for the update (even if it doesn't really make the ETA any clearer). I always appreciate Teksavvy's communication.

I think he meant it didnt go as planned and it was escalated to a third party

That's... what I said? He said it "should have been up by now." I then agreed with him, and lamented that the maintenance didn't go as planned...

Yup, me too. At least I've got unlimited data (with Wind) on my phone to tether with.

Second major outage in 1 month. Not impressive at all. Teksavvy is Phone and TV for me. Get it together people I hope you restore service soon.

Woah ....

1st outage beyond Tek's control .... a power outage in another town caused that one .... why hold Tek on the hook for that ....

Everyone who used cable internet out of St. Laurent POI were out ...

Did you lose business from the outages? Woah.. I did. Last one was unexpected and probably not teksavvy however this is planned and its well beyond the planned outage time. Who's gonna pay me for my lost wages? I've missed 3 calls now who were told to call on my home phone. Shut your yap. This ain't about surfing porn bud.

I understand where you're coming from, but if always on was this important to you, you'd have redundant connections. There's no reason to be rude in this forum sir

Was I rude??

Was I insulting?

You chose to use a consumer product with no guaranteed SLA and made your wages dependent on it .... as VcdXposed said ... if your salary depends on it you should do more to ensure 24/7 connectivity.
