Re: March 16th 2013 OUTAGES I have voip for my business but I'm still on too. Why? Because I have a fail over to my cell if my Internet disconnects. Also can tether too. That's redundancy.

Sent from my iPad tethered to my iPhone. Course I could have used my tethered laptop too 
Oh yeah my VoIP business line (and my separate home line ) both auto-forwards to my cell if my VoIP phone ever becomes unregistered. No business loss for me  |

Lights on the modem are all normal. But internet is down. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  |

Back up for me too in Orleans.
A number of posts ago there was mention of there being SLA with users. That could very well be true - I don't remember ever reading one.. That said, I'm sure that TekSavvy has its own SLA with Rogers.. Perhaps that could be leveraged to ensure our downtime is kept to a reasonable level. |
