Re: March 16th 2013 OUTAGES I have voip for my business but I'm still on too. Why? Because I have a fail over to my cell if my Internet disconnects. Also can tether too. That's redundancy. Keep up the good work TSI. |

Oh yeah my VoIP business line (and my separate home line ) both auto-forwards to my cell if my VoIP phone ever becomes unregistered. No business loss for me  |

That could very well be true - I don't remember ever reading one.. That said, I'm sure that TekSavvy has its own SLA with Rogers.. Perhaps that could be leveraged to ensure our downtime is kept to a reasonable level. |
