| [BC] No more discovery Channel? I am using Personal TV and Best of HD package and I used to have Discovery Channel.
I am wondering did Shaw removed that channel from the package?? I checked the site which still showing Discovery World HD shall be included within the Best of HD package.
Anyone got the same problem? |

Best of HD, maybe, should have been the HD channel but not the SD feed?

I just found that's my mistake. I used to watch Channel 272.
That's another discovery channel. |

Yah there's discovery world and discovery channel. Best of HD comes with Discovery Channel. Discovery World costs extra. |

| I think it might be the other way around on HD Plus. Best of HD sort of started as a way for the personal tv packages to include 5 new channels that shaw had added around december 2011. Discovery was one of them. For some reason they didn't include oasis or discovery world
HD plus which is the older package includes discovery world but not discovery channel. |

As per the shaw.ca channel listing these channels are the following:
HD Education (Plus) 242 Discovery World HD
Not Classified 272 Discovery HD |

'Best of HD' includes all the HD channels that also have SD equivalents (except for premium channels like Movie Central and Super Channel). Oasis and Discovery World don't have SD versions, so they are available separately. |
