I feel your pain. Unfortunately this problem is not unique to TekSavvy. I once went through three front line techs at Telus, and eventually convinced them to dispatch a tech. The tech spent an hour here, called
his tech support, and
then discovered there was a widespread outage.
I have no idea what 1.5-2 hours of phone and chat techs plus at least one hour of onsite tech costs, but I'm guessing Telus didn't make any money off me that month.
