just care about charging u n advance without service
finally told me call the police if u thjink they will help you !
very rude; one complain to www.ccts-cprst.ca plus one dispute to my creditcard co. they they provided me the awful disconnected dsl (better than zero speed before) ; but now i did a mistake by asking their cheap service in my other place; no service just bill ; when i said but i still did not have any service even 1 minute; replying 100$ to ask bell check ur line ;; i said no ;refund me the month and the inst fees; replyinh nooo ;; pay another month n advance if u wanna leave plus the old month and inst... but what inst and what month velcom is talking about while i NEVER got dsl for 1 second!!! awful stay away from them.. videotron second day 30$ no inst fees REAL 5M + and very polite |
