How do you expect people to take 4-5 days off of work per month so that we can meet with your technicians?..Sometimes multiple days in a row.
Why do I have to call your Phoenix Tech Support everyday so that you can create a new profile so that I can be connected at an incredibly low speed?...An incredibly lower speed than my neighbors?
I just went through the same song and dance with your Las Vegas Tech support before they passed me off to the Phoenix support number.
How is this speed acceptable in Los Angeles or any major city?
