 | $50.00 cap and outlandish bill I had a similar experience, and was told they new nothing about the $50.00 cap, I went through the bills with them and the previous 16 months of bills were either below or maxed out at the $50.00 cap. Then I get a 600.00 bill, and was told they notified me on the bill, and that the cap was now $1200.00. I did receive a credit after they reviewed my usage and said the usage I was being billed for was impossible to reach. I was told they would correct the problem. For 4 months my bills were reasonable, but this month its back up to $600.00. We weren't even home for 2 weeks of the billing period plus we had our computer n being serviced for 4 days of the billing period. So in addition to the cap being raised from $50.00 to $1200.00, I am suspicious of my usage. Has anyone else experienced this? |

 | The maximum overage charge for Rogers internet is $100 per month, what's this $1200 you're talking about?
You should be checking you're daily usage online, especially if you don't think it's being recorded correctly.
If you're consistently going over you limit it's probably cheaper to upgrade to a different package or get unlimited.
