New York, NY | I was told it would be fixed by this evening, but the level 1 tech just repeated a canned response..so she obviously didn't know what the problem was.

My Internet and Cable has been down all day
Phoned twice - no one was able to give an estimate for service restoration
East 81st and First ave
Any news would be helpful.
