Re: [OOL] New Customer.. Email/account question. I don't think they create that automatically anymore, but I could be wrong.
I also don't know if they are still asking you to choose between optonline.net or optimum.net, or just doing the latter for all new folks.
If you go to:
»idcenter.services.optimum.net/My···ntStatic
Then log in, then go to the menu item [ID CENTER], you should have access to all of that.

And in fact on that page it says:
[New User? Create an Optimum ID] |

But you'll want an Optimum ID if you want to take advantage of features such as Optimum Wifi, online account access, TV to Go, Optimum App, etc. |
