Modem: SpeedStream 4100
I'm located on the SW side of Chicagoland and connect through the Elmhurst, IL Redback.
Service was really slow/unreliable last Friday but sometime within the last 45 minutes or so, I lost all Internet connectivity. My modem was still logged into my account and connected at full speed with no problems listed in the log.
However, the "Check Connection" test screen was failing on the last step, "DNS". More specifically, failing on the "Query DNS for a well known host" item.
So no Internet at all for about 30 minutes or so, and it just came back about 10 minutes ago. Roughly, from 3:40 - 4:10 pm.
