[FireFox] Zoom Control to the right click menu?

Is there anyway to add a Zoom In, Zoom Out and Reset to the right click menu in Firefox for web pages? Also when you use zoom on a web page firefox seems to always remeber the zoom settings. Is there anyway to reset all web pages that were zoomed all at once?
