»[Cable] ATPIA - Migration Schedule

New speeds will be available area-by-area as ATPIA is rolled out. Because pricing is different users are not automatically switched to the new speeds.

No this was decided by Teksavvy. It has to do with how full the POIs are at the moment.

No worries. There's so much information and misinformation on these forums that it's easy to miss things.

I was going based on what Marc said before they released the list. I guess Rogers forced them to change their plans.

New pricing is: »[Cable] NEW RATES - Rogers .

If you want to switch from 28/1 to 25/2 then your price goes down, if you want to switch to 35/3 then it goes up. The new plans are definitely better value in a cost per megabit sense, you just have to pick which way you want to move. So the price isn't really going up, just changing.

Yep. The previous list is what TekSavvy asked Rogers to do, then Rogers came back with what they were actually going to do. So the final list was Rogers' decision.
