 | Horrible service for over a month but no credit! I pay for 12mb service but consistently get less than 3mb during the day and less than 1mb at night. Being fed up with this I talked to customer service about a credit and was told, "We don't guarantee our speeds, therefore we will not give you any credit."
If I were getting 6-8mb I would understand their comment. but 1/6 the speed at night?
