[West] Getting disconnect from golf site

I have been playing on a online golf site for 2 years now. Lately I have been getting disconnects when I finish my round and my score is recorded. The golf site staff says the problem is with my connection on my end of things. Is there a way to find out if this is true? Are they giving me a line of bull or what?
