Well that was surprising

Getting a call from Tek on my cell not once, but 6 attempts before I got back to you over a two day period trying to follow up on my ticket and make sure I was online. But also letting me know that I was credited for two days of downtime, nicely done guys. Nicely done.

You can tell they are working on their weaknesses. This alone shows that.

Guessing Marc and company had a meeting sometime in the last few months to tackle followups.

GOod job

On the behalf of TekSavvy we thank you for the kudos.

We have definitely been trying to improve in the areas that need it. Excellence is always our goal, you just can't score all the time but we will be doing out best to try.

"Centre" is Canadian. See Canadian English

Centre is a place whereas center is a position, so center is the correct term here.

eh...no. Just Canadian/UK/US spellings...and Canadians tend to follow the UK spellings, although most use them interchangeably.

To quote: "There is no difference in meaning between center and centre. Center is the preferred spelling in American English, and centre is preferred in varieties of English from outside the U.S.

Some people do make distinctions between the words. For instance, some prefer to treat center as the word for a place or institution and centre as the word for the middle point of something. But while these preferences may be taught in some schools and are perhaps common among careful English speakers in Canada, the U.K., and elsewhere, they are not broadly borne out in 21st-century usage."
