50/10 DSL

Did the CRTC say when Bell must allow wholesalers to sell 50/10 DSL?
I see lots of pricing but no one is selling it besides Bell.

I believe that the wholesalers are still holding back on releasing the new speeds to make sure that they have all of their infrastructure in place so that their aren't congestion issues.

Rocca has said that the new tiers should be updated on their site this week but I'm sure if that's going to include 50/10.
