 | [Troubles] need help with windstream lag we have had an latency outage for about a month now when i first called they said they had people working on the problem they said there was a defective part along the wiring and had to replace it the part has been ordered and they are waiting for it to be replaced... i call a week later same thing... i call today and now they are saying they are working on upgrading all their georgia clients to new equipment and won't be servicing my area for the year of 2013.... i can't understand how any company would let a whole year go by knowing that they aren't servicing a ton of people the way they should... the pings ms spikes so high throughout the day netflix constantly buffers the internet drops in and out ... i was wondering if someone could keep me updated on this issue? and also take a look at my gateways specs to see if anything can be done to make it any better for me? i make money off the internet from hobbies such as gaming youtube and selling clothing that i make... and it's been a real hassle as of late to do these things... so if anyone could help i'd appreciate it! thanks!
