 | I'd suggest checking your spam filter, waiting a little longer if it is not urgent, then contacting them again via a different method if you still have not received any response back. |

 | Email is lowest priority. If you need a prompt answer I would never recommend something that isn't a live option (chat or call). |

Waited about 5 minutes and was told immediately that they were aware of and outage.
He also claimed I could have gotten the same info via FB OR Twitter which turned out to be false, could not find any status updates on either site. |
