I used to be able to reset my RCN equipment from the internet MyRCN page. Now I get to this message -
Cable Box Reset - Review the Cable Box Details for the equipment displayed below; press Confirm if this is the piece of equipment experiencing a problem. If this information is incorrect, return to the MyRCN\My Account Page and begin again.
After pushing confirm I get the message: Page Not Found.
I find that unplugging equipment and pulling batteries can be very time consuming. I would like to be able to reset from MyRCN page.
I spoke with customer support, and they said someone would call me (a week ago).
