Distributel London Problems? Speeds more than 1/2 this week

Has anyone with Distributel in or around London been having issues these past few days? My network seems to have gone from 4mb/s downloads to 600 kb/s and at when I'm downloading at that speed, the rest of my internet is basically un-usable, can't even connect to Wireless.

Thinking its a Router issue, using the Cisco VOIP/Wireless Router that came with the service.
