Most of the time, they have a separate demarc point in corporate office buildings so that the property owner/manager can connect other tenants in the building to them and avoiding the DC internal XO fees.
I know this is the case at 1250 RL. You don't actually have to get a cross connect into Cologix for Cogent to provide you with internet access.
