Over the past week or so I've been experiencing frequent dropouts of internet service, anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes at a time.
My connection to my first hop is always fine, even during these dropout periods. It's after the first hop that things just stop working sometimes, pretty sure it's some sort of network issue.
I work from home and this has been making it very difficult. If this keeps up much longer I'll have to find another service despite recently signing a new 1yr contract - I need a consistent internet connection to do my job.

Have you called in to their technical support? Seems like you'd want to do that at least... -- ♬ Dragon of good fortune struggles with the trickster Fox ♬
reply to darcilicious I found a fixed. Switch to OpenDNS addresses for DNS and search the model number of your router to get to the correct settings page to enter them.
reply to dd3mon I have not experienced any issues besides a flaky ONT this past year that was replaced. I have been using using OpenDNS for a couple of years now though.
