On demand issue

This issue just started happening about two hours ago. Any On Demand program I pick I get "Unable to display this information" BR000

It's happening on all of my boxes, I have rebooted the boxes and the modem and it still does not work.

If happening on all boxes than its likely an outside issue
Rebooting modem for TV service will have no impact

May be a temp outage

If urgent call cablevison

Nothing you can do on your own to get it working

I just got the TV service with DVR few hours ago. The guide, DVR is not working. Chat with support, there seem to be an outage of interactive service system wide. It has been down since 9:30 pm.

Hope it will be back soon.
