Surface Pro Repair/Replacement a disaster

Surface Pro 128GB retuned to MS 8:35 AM Monday 3/4 (Fedex Receipt) still not replaced/repaired after 12 full business day.

Calls/chats with 1st line support knows nothing can do nothing. CARE Team does nothing, referred to Tier 3 Support, nothing, Customer and Partner Team does nothing.

There seems to be no way to contact anyone who does anything, they just keep saying there checking.

Won't even answer question about when they will do something...... Friday will be 3 weeks.... Any ideas?

I got a new Surface 128gb from this case last week, and I do like it a lot. The current and original problem was not the reason for return. This problem ONLY occurs on sign out, shut down and restart.

I would do it over again.
