Comcast Contract - trasnferrable if you move?

Say I sign up for the 2 year contract for TV to get a promo price.. if I move one year into it can I transfer the Comcast service, and contract, to new location without any penalties/ETFs?

Yes, I believe so. I'm not sure if they charge to move the service (or how much it is if so), but I don't believe you will forfeit your contract for moving. On the other hand, if you move to a location where they cannot provide service, I believe you are able to get out of your contract.
