Power-cycled the modem tonight after I heard that the speed bump has come to the S.F. Bay Area. During the reboot process, my SB6120 downloaded a new config file (d11_m_sb6120_silver_c01.cm) and rebooted a second time. After the modem came back up, I ran a speed test and DiffProbe.
In the end, it looks like I got the new speeds. I am on the Performance tier.
