 | [Network] OD AD and local user: same accounts Hello.
2008 R2 AD 10.7.5 OD
What are the implications of creating account in AD which is also locally on a Mac computer? I'm running into some weird issues: unable to login, unable to install, ... and I believe recently an administrator level account was created in AD which also is on local Macs.
thanks. |

thanks. I do not know, but since you are having problems logic would say yes! Sorry, not helpful, but I could not resist. -- The irony of common sense, it is not that common. I cannot deny anything I did not say. A kitten dies every time someone uses "then" and "than" incorrectly. I mock people who give their children odd spelling of names. |

 | On some machines when I login as "Administrator" account I'm unable to install updates (I get the shake when authenticate, unable to download a file in Safari, get error saying there is no space on HD).
Directory Utility shows local, then od, then ad. |
